Local Cinema Ticket Costing RM20?

Can you believe it, they are proposing the local cinema ticket to be increased to RM20. Haih......another help is needed by Malaysian to fight with their own counter part in the same business. They can't seem to understand the meaning of challenges and self motivation. They always need something from Government........Government this, Government that.......

And this time, its the local film industry that needed Government help. This time, they claim that most of the viewers prefer English or foreign movie compare to local one and thus, if the Government would increase the price of the foreign movie tickets and maintain the price for the local one, they would reap better benefits. Phui.......(i'm spitting....ke ke ke)........I would still go for English or oversea movie rather than the local movie ler........ well, this statement its for my own that is but then again, i bet, it would be the same for others as well albeit not all. You have to understand one thing, its not that we don't support local films and all but just that, they are sucks. No creativity, no improvement and no.....err....no.....err.......no everything actually, something that would pull people to go and see it is not there at all.
Couple of days back, i read this article in NST newspaper, saying that Malaysian Film Producers Association is proposing the increase of Foreign movie tickets in cinema so that more Malaysian will go and see local movies.

Its quite funny for them to propose this kind of things. Think again, if we can forge out money to go and see the Hollywood movie, why can't we forge out money to go to see local films? Answer is simple: Malaysian Movies Are Sucks. If you want to propose something, please propose something that can increase the quality of your own movie instead. Actually, come to think again, if they would increase the price for foreign movies ticket, and at the same time the local movies are like shit.......then i might as well go to buy pirated DVDs or even download it from internet which easier or maybe cheaper. There are so many ways for us to get a movie wihout going to cinema. Just that, now, a lot of us, the youngsters, go out to cinema is because we can afford it already and sometime its nice but proposing this kind of things during this kind of situation where we are going into recession and all, well, you get the idea. Then again, i go to watch foreign movies in cinema is not because it is cheap, for me, i still consider it as expensive, just that, i want to enjoy the sound system (which we can buy now since its cheap already), as well as the feeling of spacious big environment that comes with it. Remember one thing, i believe we can all forgo all this just to save the addition RM10 that is going to impose on us just to make extra money in the producer's bank.

In the paper article, it did mention also that, why can't just we reduce the price of the tickets for local movies instead of increasing the foriegn movie tickets? and you know what this spokeman said, he said, "That will not be fair to our producers"....... What the hell is this guy talking about?..... They want to help the producers earn the same money as foreign producers but the quality is 10 times more terrible then the 'ang mo' movies?....
This is call selfish man.......damn selfish.........unimaginable selfishness shown in this guy. Rememeber, this is film industry, you create terrble movies, you will get terrible earning......simple as that. If you don't like it then drop it. Why pass this extra pocket money you want to earn to movie-goers like us so that you can ride in your BMW cars and staying in big bangalows?.........

Please, crap association, think twice before making this kind of moves on us. We are not stupid. You can go ahead increase the price for foreign movie tickets but let me tell you one thing, if your movie still sucks, we can either pay out more money to go see great movies or we can end up in piracy.......because i will.......your pick.
